How PaintRight protects your personal information.
At PaintRight we are committed to ensuring the privacy of the personal information you have provided to us. We believe that respect for your privacy forms part of the ongoing trust we wish to develop with you. The following statement sets out our general policy for the protection of your privacy. We are bound by the 10 National Privacy Principles which form part of the Privacy act 1988 (Commonwealth).

What information do we collect?
When you are dealing with us we generally collect and store the following personal information about you in order to manage our business relationship;
Your contact details, personal details and if you are applying for a credit account we will also store basic financial information and information provided by your trade referees;
The date and time of any orders you make;
The number of orders you make;
The types of orders you make and the products you have ordered.

Why do we hold personal information?
We hold personal information for the following purposes:
To send you correspondence in relation to the product or service you have acquired;
Internal accounting and administration;
To protect you and us from fraud;
To help us identify other products or services that might be beneficial to you, and inform you about them;
To inform you about updates or changes to the product or service you have acquired.
